Swapping Samsung Note for Iphone 4s OR iphone 4 *

I am looking to SWAP my 3 month old Samsung Note 16gb in white for a Iphone 4s OR iphone 4 on o2 either in white or black. The phone will come with the box, Samsung head phones and charger, the phone does have a few scratches on the silver trim which is around the phone, I can provide pictures if required. Also it has the original Samsung back with it which still has the cover on. Please note the picture is not of my phone, Just a picture of what the phone looks like from google.
